Our customers have asked for us to make some of our all time favorite pieces. The second band from the Left, for example, is a Viking gripping beast design. A woman from Texas asked me to make as one of the couple’s wedding rings. I have been a student of Celtic and Viking art for a long time but I hadn’t focused on gripping beast design. The order gave me a chance to familiarize my self with gripping beast designs. After going through my books and an online search, I decided that the carvings on the Oslo Viking ship would be perfect for their rings. The power of the figures in the carvings was so strong that you can imagine the thoughts of the person(s) while they were carving them.Her wedding ring was also a gripping beast design but with a stone added. You can find examples of a ring like hers with a ruby, and also a version of the ring with an alexandrite set in it in the images on this page.

Choose just about any of our bands and wedding rings designs and we will make them for you in white, yellow or rose gold. You can choose the type of stone or stones that you would like as well. You can see from the viking beast commission, that we are open to designing rings based upon a wide range of ideas. It is important that you like our sense of design of course, since your commission will be influenced by it. So look through our designs. If you like what you see, we are sure that we can make you something that you will love. We don’t make many of our gold pieces in silver because of the time that goes into them. These are all hand made. These bands and wedding rings are for sale now, or are placed on the page with details and prices for you to order. Most will have to be ordered as custom orders. Orders take six weeks to six months to complete. but we also want to accommodate you as much as we can, so if you will need your order sooner we will do our best for you.
