I just sent an emerald petite mists band and a hammered band, both in 14D off to Gloucester, Massachusetts. We always do my best to make our customers happy but most of them have met us at events. These folks have had a chance to meet us and to see our jewelry up close. Many have been customers for many years and know the quality and craftsman/womanship, to expect from us. Internet sales are new to us and we’re still amazed when people reach out to order from us. Our events are gone for at least this season and online sales are the only thing left. We miss seeing customers, especially when we get to see their delight with something we’ve made for them.
