Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from your receipt of your item to let us know that you want to return or exchange it. We want you to have the best experience when shopping with us that we can give you. Our return or exchange rates are almost nil, but if you want to return an item we will do our best to make you happy.

You must get in touch with us before you return an item and you will have to cover shipping and insuring your item. Returned pieces must be in new condition and items with wear or damage will not be accepted.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, we won’t be able to offer you a full refund or exchange. Custom orders can not be returned, but please contact us and we will try to make things right. We want you to be happy with your experience! The 30 days begins when we receive notice that your item has been delivered.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, we will contact you and your refund will be processed, a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a reasonable period of time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable amount of time, please first check your bank or credit card issuer before contacting us. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You don’t have to limit your choices to what we have for sale now in our shop. We have a wide selection of our work on FaceBook. Some pieces are shown in various stages of completion. When we do a special piece for a customer we often send them image of waxes. This makes it easier for them to understand what we are doing. You may order pieces in 14K white, yellow, or rose gold. In 18K white or yellow gold or 22k yellow gold. Prices will reflect your choice. You can also view our other creations in our gallery, as well on our other pages, to get ideas for something that you would like us to make for you as a custom piece that is not in our shop.

White gold alloys are palladium white gold in 14K and 18K. The ratio of gold to alloy is the same, but palladium is used instead of nickle to make the gold white. Common alloys use nickle which can cause an allergic reaction in some people, and nickle containing alloys sometimes require plating to make them appear white. Palladium alloys do not have these problems; and since we are a small, artists enterprise, we choose to use the best quality we can find.
