Victorian Moonstone pendant in rose gold. The setting for the moonstone is based on the Styles of the Victorian era. I've made it in the deepest color of rose gold that is available to me. The moonstone is a silver flash stone with a very strong cat's eye. The images were taken in diffused light so the cat's eye only appears in the one that I took with a flashlight aimed at the stone. The cat's eye shows well in most lighting. The pendant is approximately 3/4" tall by 7/16ths in width or 16X12mm.
I can make the pendant with your choice of stone in yellow, white or rose gold. I've included the 18" rose gold chain in the price. The chain by it's self is $250. If you would like to purchase the pendant without the chain just get in touch and I will deduct the price of the chain for you.
The setting was first carved in wax and then cast in gold. I finished the setting with graver, files, abrasives; and finally polish. I designed the setting so that the stone is held in by the tops of the curls of gold that surround it.
