Mackintosh style amethyst pendant in 14K with amethysts, designed and made in the style of Rennie Mackintosh by Suzan.  The pendant is a good example of Mackintosh design. Suzan has added her special artistic touch to make this beautiful lavaliere pendant.  The pendant has three amethyst faceted briolettes hanging from it's bottom, a beautiful amethyst cab set in its middle. Two ruby brilliants are set vertically in between the amethysts. Suzan and I have been influenced by several significant artists. Rennie Mackintosh and his wife Margaret are two such artists. Their designs included architecture, furniture stained glass and many other media. They are two of Scotland's most influential and loved artists. Mackintosh style amethyst pendant Details:

The pendant was hand crafted in wax and then cast in 14K gold. All of the stones have great color and are natural. The pendant is approximately 45mm X 18mm or  1 and  6/8" X 3/4" in size. Each briolette is about 8mm X 4mm and the center cabochon is about 7mm X 3.5mm. The rubies are brilliant cut stones that have very fine color. They appear flawless although I didn't loupe them.
