I just sent an emerald petite mists band and a hammered band, both in 14D off to Gloucester, Massachusetts. I always do my best to make my customers happy but most of them have met us at events. These folks have had a chance to meet us and to see our jewelry up close. Many have been customers for many years and know the quality and craftsman/womanship, to expect from us. Internet sales are new to us and I'm always amazed when people reach out to order from us. Our events are gone for at least this season and online sales are the only thing left. We miss seeing customers, especially when we get to see their delight with something we've made for them.

Although we miss seeing our customers and friends in person, meeting new ones online is a great new experience. I was worried about the emerald petite mists band and the hammered band being a success? Our new friends in Massachusetts received their rings and sent us this message:

We have a wide selection of our work on FaceBook. Some pieces are shown in various stages of completion. When we do a special piece for a customer we often send them image of waxes. This makes it easier for them to understand what we are doing.
