Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges, We will cover the cost of your return shipping and insurance once we have received and inspected your piece. The returned jewelry must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you.
You have 30 days from your receipt of your item to let us know that you want to return or exchange it. We want you to have the best experience when shopping with us that we can give you. Our return or exchange rates are almost nil, but if you want to return an item we will do our best to make you happy.
You must get in touch with us before you return an item and you will have to cover shipping and insuring your item. Returned pieces must be in new condition and items with wear or damage will not be accepted.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, we won’t be able to offer you a full refund or exchange. Custom orders can not be returned, but please contact us and we will try to make things right. We want you to be happy with your experience! The 30 days begins when we receive notice that your item has been delivered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, we will contact you and your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable amount of time, please first check your bank or credit card issuer before contacting us. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
