Lacy Silver Garnet Necklace, I've been watching Suzan work on this exceptional necklace for quite a while and it is finally finished. The necklace is made up of lacy sterling silver links and three beautiful faceted garnets.

Lacy Silver Garnet Necklace, Details:

The necklace links were hand carved first in wax and finished once cast using hand tools. Three larger links are set with very fine faceted natural garnets. the links are separated by smaller openwork links and garnet beads. A square 9 X9 mm faceted garnet is the center stone,   a 10 X 6 1/2 mm rectangular faceted garnet garnet is set on either side of the center stone with the smaller links in between them. The necklace is 17" long.  All measurements are approximate.

This necklace may be ordered with your choice of stones instead of the garnets. It is beautiful set with amethysts, for example. you may also have stones set in the smaller links, and you can order it in gold. You can also have it made longer or shorter.
