Celtic Nouveau Tanzanite Ring 14D Palladium White Gold size 7

Celtic Nouveau Tanzanite Ring, Inspired by Art Nouveau  and Celtic designs. This ring was designed and made by George Postgate. The tanzanite is a medium blue oval faceted stone that flashes blues and purples. The setting is one that even gives fairly soft stones very good protection. It is also very comfortable, all of its surfaces are smooth plus it tapers to the finger in front and back. It will slide in and out of pockets and gloves without a snag.

Celtic Nouveau Tanzanite Ring, Details:

The ring was hand sculpted in wax, and then carved in metal, after it was cast in 14D ( 14K ) white gold. The ring is set with a beautiful, natural, oval faceted; tanzanite that weighs 1.01 cts. The stone is an very fine example that is flawless to the eye. The stone is a nice medium blue color with a nice dance of secondary colors that appear as the stone is moved. Tanzanite is about as hard as Amethyst or opal, so this ring, is an especially well suited setting for it. The stone is well protected by gold that surrounds it on all sides. The openings in the setting also allow the stone to be seen from many different angles. The setting is also designed to fit the finger very comfortably.
