Oak leaf pendant with fancy sapphires
This one of a kind sterling silver oak leaf and acorns pendant symbolizes the turning of the seasons. Suzan designed and made the pendant by hand. She was thinking of the circle of life and the changes we see as summer drifts into fall. The pendant has a rich patina of fall colors and is set with beautiful fancy colored faceted sapphires. This piece was designed and hand made by Suzan. It is approximately 1.75″ X 1.25″ in size. The pendant comes with a 16 inch curb chain with complimentary patina. We design all of our own work with much thought and extreme respect for nature and our craft. You can order the pendant in bright or oxidized finishes. This example is oxidized and has a great patina reminiscent of the Fall. The bright finished version will oxidize in time naturally. This process can be controlled slightly by wiping the pice with a clean soft cloth. This will keep raised parts of the pendant bright while allowing recessed details to darken.
