Art Nouveau design has been a strong influence on both Suzan and me. I believe that the movement was at least partially influenced by the art of the Celts that came earlier. The flow of Art Nouveau can be seen in the flow of Celtic design and knot-work. It is also easy to see the influence of Celtic zoomorphic art as well.

My design was influenced by the art of Charles Rennie Mackintosh, who was one of the most influential Scottish artists of his time.
