The pendant was created and made by Suzan Postgate. It was built up in wax using an old technique in which Suzan painted in wax to form a 3D image of the Buck and the wreath of thistles surrounding it. We cast it in Sterling silver, and here it is just after Suzan polished it and placed it on its chain. Suzan can also make the pendant in gold as a custom order. The pendant is 1.5″ tall including its bale. It has been lightly oxidized and has been placed on a 20″ box chain that has been oxidized to match. Both the buck pendant and its chain are made of Sterling silver.
